Floor Sanding and Fitting, only 18 ppsqm WHY PAY MORE? XXXXXXXXXX

NO DEPOSITS TAKEN. Be careful of contractors who ask for deposits. Go over the work when they say it is completed,touch the floor ( is it Rough ) not smooth? then they need to apply another coat.Ask what products they use and make sure they use is. Many say they use top of the range products and they dont. ASK FOR INCURANCES, they can easely cut pipes and do damages like happened to my subcontractor 7 DAY HANDYMAN (TONY) i found out later it was not his right name.He only used 2 coats on the floor when we asked for 3.He filled gaps wich were to big and cut the owners pipe.He didnt had any INCURANCES,no CIC card. NOTHING. we are Scandinavian Floor Contractors, fully incured.CFA.NWFA.FSB members. We went back and made it right for the owner.Will we use 7 DAY HANDYMAN again.NEVER.They dont have theire own work on theire web side,they are taken from other websides.
