Based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system, chakra balancing is wonderfully relaxing and re-energising, helping you achieve and maintain physical, mental, emotional and spiritual equilibrium.
Chakra, literally translated from Sanskrit, means 'wheel'. These whirling vortices of energy glow with the light of the spectrum, from red at the base to violet at the crown, and communicate with each other via their common connection with the central channel/nadi along the spine. The balance of subtle energy in the chakras affects everything you think, say or do, as well as your health & wellbeing. Imbalance in any of the chakras affects all other energy centres, as well as the physical, mental, spiritual and social aspects of your life.
The treatment includes measuring and charting of the charkas, to identify imbalances, design a suitable treatment plan and establish results after treatment, and may include the use of beneficial essential oils, colour meditation/visualisation, crystal healing and reiki.
