I was born in Chiswick in West London and lived there until I was 7. I later became a typographer and paste-up artist at Glaxo Laboratories. I moved to the Isle of Wight with my husband, Dave, when I married at the age of 23. We have two sons, Laurence and David.
Laurence is in computers and David is a sergeant in the Army and has served in the Middle East. I get great satisfaction from writing my novels. I also love music, which I create as a hobby.
