Scanning/Reprographics Operator

We are rapidly expanding globally and are looking for Self- Employed operators in our London office.
Responsibilities/Requirements
SCANNING
* Scanning documents via automatic document feeder or flatbed scanner
* Cleaning scanning equipment and maintaining clean and tidy workstations
* All scanning related tasks
PREPARATION FOR SCANNING
* De-limiting documents
* Batch sheet insertion
PHOTOCOPYING
* Photocopying of black and white, colour and / or plan documents as laid out on standardised order form or as instructed by a Supervisor or Manager, to quality standards as instructed in training
OTHER TASKS
* E-Disclosure, Coding
* Basic copier maintenance
* Assist with internal auditing
* Proactive in ensuring company security procedure is followed
* Support operators with any queries
* Record and assign jobs to operators
* Respond to client queries
* Be available outside set hour of work to do additional shifts
* Deliveries by vehicle
* Assist with clerical functions on the pc
* Assist with reprographics
