The role is implementing Web Analytics application software and you need to possess good JavaScript / Java Script / AJAX experience (with SQL being an advantage).

The position requires you to be a fast learner with strong attention to detail and a keen & motivated attitude as you will basically be the " Technical Account Manager " for "your" client installations.The responsibilities include deploying the company's technology to the clients and driving technical projects forward building custom solutions to meet diverse needs. The position is a very interesting mix of both technical and client-facing work and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic about both areas. As a Web Technology Specialist / Implementation Engineer / Technical Account Manager you will:-
Work directly with the client's business and technical personnel to map requirements to a technical strategy.

Deploy the Company's JavaScript / Java Script based acquisition technology on the client's web sites.

Satisfy client-specific reporting needs using PL/SQL / SQL and Company technologies.

Provide ongoing support to implemented clients.

Work closely with multiple groups within the Company to drive product direction and implementation services
The Web Technology Specialist / Implementation Engineer / Technical Account Manager should have:-

Technical background including technical consulting or development experience.

Database experience, preferably with Oracle and involving SQL or PL/SQL.

*** Good working knowledge of JavaScript / Java Script / Java-Script ( or AJAX ) ***

Excellent customer service, presentation and writing skills. You must be comfortable interacting with Fortune 500 companies.

Outstanding problem solving skills and attention to detail. You must be able to think creatively about issues to find a resolution.

The ability to learn quickly - you will have to become an expert on the product in a short amount of time after intensive training.

You must be willing to travel.

Bachelor's degree or similar is an advantage.
