Telesales Exec / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are a leading Recruitment Solutions Provider based in Swanley. Due to growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an enthusiastic Telesales Exec / Trainee Consultant with a positive winning attitude to help bring in new business to the Recruitment Team.

Recruitment experience is not essential but you will need to have at least six months proven telesales experience regardless of sector, be able to initiate a business/client relationship, have previous experience of lead generation and cold calling.

You will work with Account Manager to identify new business opportunities through newspapers, websites and research.

You will need to be able to demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, competitive spirit, have strong Microsoft Office and good administration skills.
