Based at the company's facility in London we require a bright and enthusiastic individual.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll

* Running the weekly and monthly payrolls
* Dealing with payroll queries
* Managing new employees and leavers
* Data entry and any ad hoc duties

Human Resources

* Recruitment and place all employment advertisements
* To prepare contracts for new employees
* To ensure all job descriptions are current, updated when required and distributed to all employees.
* To ensure employee manual is current & distributed to all employees
* To implement training induction programme for new employees
* To ensure annual salary review paperwork is completed and communicated to staff.
* To draft documentation and attend disciplinary meetings as required.
* To ensure all appraisal paperwork are carried out in accordance with the company policy.
* Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure company is complying with statutory requirements.
* Maintain all historical company HR records.
* Attend HR educational seminars / workshops.
* Implement testing program for different levels / positions.
* Maintain with Investors in People accreditation


Required of you:

Must have used Sage Payroll and be computer literate
