Emergency / Critical Care Nurses for Hospital Based Ambulance Service
Tawam Hospital, under the management of John Hopkins Medicine, is currently recruiting Registered Nurses into their newly formed Pre-Hospital Transportation Services.
Located in the oasis city of Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the cultural hubs of Dubai and Abu Dhabi are only short distances away. Situated in the Middle East it is a central location which allows travel through Europe, America, Asia and Africa.
As one of the largest tertiary referral hospitals within the UAE we have recently purchased brand new vehicles and equipment for our hospital based Ambulance service and are currently implementing world class resource management systems.
A complete complement of nursing staff is being recruited to perform all functions of a patient transport service with emergency and life saving capabilities.

Essential prerequisites :
* Bachelor of Science (Nursing) (or equivalent).
* Valid light vehicle (or equivalent) unrestricted driver license held for 3 continuous years (minimum) prior to application.
* Fluency in English language and literacy.
* Minimum post graduation full time nursing experience in an emergency / critical care environment or, pre-hospital emergency treatment setting of :
o Staff Nurse : 2 years
o Charge Nurse : 4 years
Note : Arabic language fluency is preferable however, as an English speaking hospital, not essential.
