Nursery Manager
Duties: Day to day running of nursery, ensuring the safety of children within the nursery, preparing and meeting budgets, applying for grants, business development, staff recruitment and retention, staff training, staff discipline, monitoring quality of care for the children, liaising with external organizations, maintaining a high level of record keeping for all areas of the nursery. Must have NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent in childcare.
