Painter and Decorator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced painter and decorator to join our London property maintenance team on a full time basis. This role will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and redecoration works to commercial and domestic properties in London. Working directly from schematics and work orders the painter and decorator must be able to self motivate and complete works within specified time requirements. Previous professional painting and decoration experience is essential. Previous experience and skills should include but not be limited to: Preparation and cleaning of surfaces including anti fungal treatment; Sanding, Filling and plastering; Painting and Wallpapering. Excellent rates of pay and good opportunities to earn. Must have PPE and Tools.
