A competent multi skilled tradesman required for maintenance and small construction duties. Ideally the candidate should have experience with woodworking, plumbing, electrics, be able to work on a variety of maintenance tasks and undertake minor repairs. Carpentry skills, as well as knowledge and ability to use wide variety of tools essential. The Handyman must be able to do painting, decorating, carpentry, tiling, ceiling repairs, repair door locks, some minor plumbing work and have good electrical knowledge and experience. Applicants must be flexible, reliable, have excellent timekeeping and a good level of fitness.
