DUTIES: Production of detailed estimates/cost plans/risk assesments/preliminaries, experience is essential ideally within social housing and health care. The taking off and production of BoQ's is an element of the work. Computer literacy is essential (especially MS Excel). This position is based in Chelmsford and various sites and partnered projects.
