Description:
DUTIES: Fianacial management of contracts, placing sub contract orders, sub contract payments, pricing variations, cost forecasting and reporting, client evaluations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Strong negotiating skills, knowledge of contracts and good communication skills. Experience in new build flats/housing, placing own sub contracts, cost forecasting and management.
