EXPERIENCED PRE-COMMENCEMENT BID MANAGER REQUIRED

DUTIES: Highly motivated pre-commencement bid managers with excellent negotiation skills and previous experience in quantity surveying required in and around the M25 area. Must have experience in new build affordable social housing projects and have an indepth knowledge of JCT and other forms of contract. Must also possess a strong appreciation of project processes and risk management as well as strong commercial awareness and the ability to carry out accurate cost/value forecasting.
REQUIREMENTS: Preferably possess a BSc in surveying and/or membership of a recognised construction body (MCIOB, RICS)
