DUTIES: To liase between the Site Manager and the Site Team, and assist in the control of sub-contractor activities, Health & Safety issues and the ordering and management of site materials. Must also ensure the project schedual is kept to. Will hold regular sub-contract progress meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS: HNC in construction or equivalent is essential, a BSc in construction Mgt desirable.
EXPERIENCE: Social housing project experience and traditional build experience essential; concrete frame experience is preferred.
