Strategy & Performance Analyst

An exciting new opportunity has arisen due to growth and expansion within a leading Insurance Company for a Strategy & Performance Analyst to be responsible for research and analysis of strategic market facing developments.

You will support the review of business performance against plans, including seeking synergies across all business units.

You will identify and analyse further strategic opportunities outside existing business units' scope as a result of market or regulatory change, including supporting acquisition opportunities. Additionally, you will contribute to the execution of new initiatives and products, including maintaining effective management information on key business functions.

Ideally educated to degree calibre or equivalent you will possess an excellent 'can do' attitude with the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are a must coupled with good inter-personal skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.

Candidates will have a solid track record gained within a similar role within a corporate organisation, a life insurance company, consultancy, or investment banking background are preferred. Any knowledge of both pensions and/or investments very advantageous coupled with any professional qualifications are desirable.
