Director/Partner - Finance & Performance Management

Our client is a leading professional services organisation and is looking to recruit experienced candidates to operate at Director/Partner level in the Finance & Performance management arena.

With 10-15 years post qualification experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong blue chip background, ideally having worked in one or more FTSE 200 companies. You will have led several successful Finance Transformation projects and will also demonstrate experience of working in Shared services environment either in an operations role or played a pivotal role in the creation of a shared services model. Experience of working across three or four industry sectors would be very valuable

As a strong leader, you will inspire your team to act with enthusiasm, integrity and unity. You will be expected to exemplify and reinforce quality in all aspects of relationship management and service delivery. You will be required to develop innovative, practical, achievable solutions to clients' business issues and will be able to lead large consulting engagements motivating teams to achieve success. Consistently successful in winning business, you will have the ability to interpret clients' strategic operational and external drivers for change.

You will demonstrate strong management skills and will be responsible for people development within your team and/or market unit. You will also be responsible for directing the achievement of longer-term business objectives at both market unit and client account level.

You will demonstrate strong communication skills and will be comfortable at operating at board level. The successful candidate will have the ability to create an energetic, confident and relaxed impression on others as well as projecting professionalism at all times. Previous experience of selling consulting work is essential.
