This luxury apartment is in a complex in central Side , 45 minutes drive from Antalya airport. The long sandy beach is just 300 metres away. The complex is positionned close to many restaurants, bars and clubs and the main dolmus bus route to the old town , only a 5 minute journey. A new links golf course has just opened 20 minutes by car.
This is a newly refurbished spacious and well appointed 2 bedroom, air-conditioned top (3rd) floor apartment with partial sea view. Set on an apart-hotel complex, very close to the centre of Side's long sandy beach and night life and close to the old town .The apartment sleeps 6 and all linen and towels are supplied for internal apartment use. Pool/ beach towels are not supplied. The apartment has a large open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, full oven/grill, hob, extractor, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, glasses and all kitchen utensils.Ironing board and iron.
The living area has a large seater sofabed (sleeps 2)and a TV and DVD player. There is a patio door to the main balcony. It has a dining table and 4 chairs. There is a powerful aircon unit in the living room which serves the apartment (hot & cold).
There are two double bedrooms , one with a double bed the other with twin beds and both rooms have a wardrobe with coat hangers. One bedroom has a patio door to its own private balcony.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle with power shower, sink , toilet , and washing machine.
The apartment is very secure with a steel fronted door with mortice locks. The outdoor space has landscaped gardens with a large communal pool and baby pool with poolside shower and WC. There are sun loungers and mattresses provided and there is on site car parking.
