White crane kung fu (Martial Arts) and Suang Yang Tai Chi are types of Qi gong (energy work). The class will cover flexibility, fitness, balance and co-ordination for optimum performance, strengthening and practicing martial techniques and forms (patterns of movements are also known as kata). You will progress at a rate appropriate to your present state of health and fitness. All principles taught are directly transferable to your working environment and personal life. You will be taught Chinese medicine which can be applied to enhance your health and vitality and Kung Fu.
