The Rape Aggression Defense system is only taught 1 on 1 - It has "self defense" only the name and is not linked to any sports techniques or Martial Arts but is rather composed of street-fighting techniques and tactics for the real world.
The lessons teach women of all ages and abilities the skills and knowledge they would need to protect themselves if they were to find themselves in a situation that could lead to assault or violence.

The lesson are harsh, hands-on with explicit language and techniques and we DO recommend to check with us prior any bookings.
We do teach under 18 females BUT ONLY with the consent and supervision of parents.
