WHAT IS POWER YOGA?
Power Yoga is a fast moving type of yoga that synchronizes movements of the body with the breath. It is aerobic in nature flowing from one posture to the next. It is a fun and challenging way to practice yoga that will develop strength, flexibility ,burn calories and clear you mind.

Tues 10.15am to 11.30am
Thurs 6.30pm to 7,45pm
Fri 6pm to 6.45 pm
