The course is an introduction to the fundamentals of Hatha yoga moving towards a flow based vinyasa practice.
Includes Asana - postures in yoga, simple breathing techniques, the sun salutations and relaxation.
*NB. It is possible to your initial class at any point during the 6 weeks, but if you would like to continue then you must pay for the remainder of the course.
