These hills are on the border with The Aurunci Mountains Natural Park, one of the most interesting natural reserves in South Italy. These wild calcareous mountains drop into the Tyrrhenian sea of the southern Latium, falling literally into the sea with beautiful cliffs like at Punta Cetarola close to the village of Sperlonga, at about 7-8 miles away from the property.

The coastline between Sperlonga and the seaside town of Gaeta is well-known for its beauty and is within an easy reach of 15 min. driving on secondary roads with vista across open Mediterranean countryside of southern Latium.
