House in italy (Veneto - Colli Euganei)

The house is sited in the municipality of Arquà Petrarca, little downtown of historical and cultural high value tradition (where moreover, is found the tomb and the last abode of the great poet), elect as one of the most beautiful village of Italy, Colli Euganei regional park's pearl. Its location looks like a balcony, in the most panoramic area of the municipality, with a view that often enables to see at the horizon the Appennini. Situated at the centre of a property by 3671.6893 yard², half-covered (approximately) by wood, composed by typical broad-leaved essences.
