Akbuk Ideal Homes will consist of 3 apartment blocks of 4 floors, offering a variety of accommodation: 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom duplexes. There will be 30 dwellings in total, all with sea and mountain views.
There are 4 types of accommodation to choose from:
1 bedroom apartment, ground or first floor, 69.30m2 from £25,000
2 bedroom apartment, ground or first floor, 87.20m2 from £30,000
2 bedroom duplex, over second and third floors, 79.00m2 from £40,000
2 bedroom duplex, over second and third floors, 98.40m2 from £50,000
The construction will start in September 2008 and at this point the price will increase by 10%. It will be completed in May 2009 and at this point the price will increase by a further 25%.
A. If you pay the full amount before the end of August 08, we will pay for your legal fees, utilities connection charges and your buyer's tax at 1.5%.
B. If you pay the full amount by the end of December 08, we will pay for your legal fees.
If you pay the full amount by completion - you are still getting a very good deal!
* Within your chosen payment term as above, we will expect a minimum of four equal payments.
* On signature of contract, we will require a reservation fee of £1,000, plus legal fees.
