Photo Studio for Hire - from £16.25 ph - SW London Free Parking

The Light Studio Hire Charge


Min 2 Hours

Half Day (4 hours) £80.00

Full Day (8 hours) £130.00

Over time per hour £20.00

Set up and take down time must be within your timeframe to avoid extra cost

Film rates add £5.00 per hour due to usage of continuous lighting

Booking

A deposit of 50% of the studio hire fee is required at the time of booking, eg Full Day booking deposit will be £50.00 and the balance will be payable at the end of the shoot

Method of Payment

Cash or Card

Cancellation Charge

50% of your booking fee will be charged as an administration fee, if you cancel 72 hours prior to your shoot you will loose the whole booking fee unless we can rehire the studio

Breakages and damages

Any damage to the studio and equipment will be the responsibility of the person hiring the studio and will be payable at the end of the shoot.

Public Liability

Public Liability Insurance is completely the responsibility of the Photographer or person hiring the studio to ensure cover for accidents to Crew, Assistants, Models, Staff, and Team whilst on the premises of The Light Studio


Health and Safety

The Light Studio will not under any circumstances be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident or damage caused by the person hiring the studio nor any person involved in the shoot or guest present in relation to the hirer whilst on the premises of The Light Studio










Equipment Hire Charge

9ft wide Colorama Background Paper Roll in Black, White Grey is charged at £10 per meter if damaged or dirtied (eg foot prints, creases).

Other colours can be brought in at £75 per roll


Lighting and Equipment Hire

Bowens Esprit Gemini Head & Softbox £20 per head


Separate Lounge area

Settee and seating for eight people

Half day (4 hours) £20

Full day (6 hours) £30
