We're launching a private dental lounge in July/August and have acquired some space, and a high-end book of clients, in the finer part of Kings Road (at the south end of Sloane Avenue).


Now we also have a spare room, a spacious office (5.2m x 4m), fire place cave-in, large windows, wood floors, and 2.7m high ceilings, with potential to be converted to another surgery or a treatment / therapy room.

And we're ideally looking for a tenant who is:

- preferably a private or cosmetic health care professionals (therapists, private GPs, dermatologist, hypnotherapy, day-surgeons, etc)

- OR someone who would be interested in setting up an art gallery / studio concept here and gain access to our high end clients

- OR maybe even a professional service provider (solicitor, accountant, professional services etc)

Plenty of pay-and-display parking spaces at the back of the building
A spacious room (5.2m x 4m), wood floors, white walls, and 2.7m high ceilings
Located on the top floor (2nd floor), overlooking Kings Road, with lift access
1st floor neighbour is a beautician (massage therapy, manicure, and other beauty services)
Shop front (ground floor) is a retail bank (separate entrance).

What we can provide along with the room:
Share our receptionist for greeting/appointment booking services/taking payments (if you want to use our credit card machine)

Patient / Client waiting lounge (will include Bloomberg / Play Station access, daily FT etc)

Client referrals from our book of high end patients
