Small double room in shared house in Teddington near Kingston, Twickenham, Richmond

A room in my lovely 3 bed house share will become available at the end of November, so I am looking for someone new to move in on December 1st.

The room is a double, and although it is small there is plenty of extra storage downstairs, plus you can use the dining room to spread out into.

Location is good, the road is fairly quiet but is only 2 mins from the high street in Teddington for shops/busses, 5-10 mins from the train station and 15-20 from the river. Also only 5 mins from Bushy Park.

There is parking available in a nearby side road, I don't drive myself but my housemate says she's never been unable to find a space.

Rent will be £320 pcm. Bills/council tax is usually around £80-£90 pcm.

We have a large kitchen, a large garden, living room with Sky Plus, high speed broadband, washing machine, and everything else you'd expect.

I have no preference with regards to gender, age, interests, or any of the other petty nonsense some people demand when they are advertising rooms. Smokers are welcome as long as you don't mind using the garden.
