The house is great fun to live in, sharing with people from Australia, South Africa, Spain,etc. You will be sharing the house with 7 other people - 1girl and 6 guys currently living there. The house itself is of decent size, big enough so nobody is in each other's space. It has a huge backyard which is great for an afternoon beer and BBQ's.This house is definitely a social place, with it's large living room and backyard setup. Definitely a house to see.

All bills are included in the rent (£265 pcm). Covers:
- Sky TV
- Water/Gas/Electricity
- Council Tax

In the house we have:
- House kitty (covers all cleaning and washing products as well as tea/coffee and sugar)
- Wireless unlimited Internet access
- Washing machine
- Microwave/Gas cooking/Oven
- All cooking utensils
- BBQ
- Three, yes 3 Fridges, and a HUGE deep freezer.

We have an Threshers Off-Licence nearby, as well as two convenience stores. There is also easy access to supermarkets like Morrisons, Tesco and ASDA. Both the Mill Hill and Redback Tavern are a short walk away.

Transport is a snap, any time of day. The house is 100m from West Acton tube station on the Central Line (Zone 3). Central London is a single tube journey (20 - 45min away, depending on 'traffic' on the tubes), and Ealing Broadway only one stop away. The 440 bus stops at the front of the house, and the N207 (24-Hour) from Central passes close by (5-10 minute walk).

Bond / Deposit is £200. Rent is due on the 16th of the month.
