My boyfriend and I have recently secured a beautiful newly converted warehouse/ art studio space. It has two double bedrooms, (but we will live in one of those) 850 square ft studio space, and 200 square ft living area on the mezzanine and tons of natural light and storage space. We are looking for a couple particularly because we would like it be balanced, but also because it would bring the rent down to £67.50 a week. However we wont rule out single people but the room on its own is £135 a week. But you could also put two single beds in the room and share it that way as well.
The unit is one of 8 similar units, with a shared garden area that overlooks the canal. It has great transport links, stamford hill overground runs to Liverpool st in less than 10 mins, seven sisters and manor house tubes are also close by. And the 253 bus runs 24hrs to camden and takes about 20 mins.
We need people who can move in immediatley and who have the deposit money ready. The deposit will be £540 each for 2 people sharing, or £1080 for one person.
We are both creative people, we like socialising and going out for drinks on weekends. We are looking for other young people who would be interested in taking part in that, but who are also interested in using the space for their creative purposes. However the most important thing is that we are looking for responsible people who can pay rent on time and are intersted in helping us make the place feel like home.
