Las Flores de Burriana is a new, yet very established complex east of Nerja town and close to Burriana beach, which is one of the most popular beaches in the area, ( approx.10min walk ). Restaurants and bars are all close by. The property is accessed directly from a very quiet road and reached by a few steps down to the front door. Burriana beach is no more than a 10 minute stroll away with it´s shops, water sports, bars and restaurants. Nerja town is 5mins in the car or approx. a 20 minute walk. There is a fabulous golf course about a 30 min. drive away. A large supermarket and tennis courts are also only a few minutes drive away.

The newly furnished town house is set over three spacious floors and is very well equipped. On entering the property there is a spacious living / dining room with 1 x 3 seater sofa and 2 comfortable sofa chairs , dining table and 6 chairs, TV with English channels, fully equipped modern kitchen and toilet room with sink.
