Built in the early 1900's the farmhouse is renovated with taste and flair but still has many of it's original features. Combining style with comfort, it will accommodate 1 or 2 families or 10/12 people if travelling with children. Smaller parties, couples etc also welcome.

Set in a friendly rural setting only 5 minutes from the nearest town of La-Roche-Posay. A popular town famous for its spa resort. Amenities include an 18 hole golf course, casino, riding centre, swimming pool, race course, cinema, and aromatherapy centre. A local market arrives twice weekly where you can buy anything from a cooked lunch to local made leatherwear and goods.

Easily accessible for travel to large cities such as Paris via the TGV (high speed train) at Poitiers.

Attractions include the Futuristic Theme Park of Futuroscope, Chinon and its wonderful vineyards and wine tasting, The Parc Natrual Brenne with its many man made beaches and the Haute Touche (The largest safari park in Europe), amongst many others. Fishing is available by obtaining a local fishing permit from the local Bar or the Mayors Office, or if you prefer take a trip to one of the many Chateaux in the area. And if you enjoy tranquillity just sit back and enjoy the local culture and cuisine.

All baby facilities are available and the house is equipped with all amenities including dishwasher and washing machine, and would make a pleasant stay whatever your interests are. 4 double bedrooms with private pool and garden.

Prices from £300 per week for the hire of the accommodation.

Last week available in August 2008: 2nd August 7 nights due to cancellation only £600 for the hire of the house.
