ISLEO Villa in Nerja town Villa Leones

Villa Leones is a 3 bedroom semi-detached villa situated in a prime location with the famous Burriana beach and the town of Nerja within a short walking distance. Sleeps 6 to 8 (with extra beds added). There is a large terrace area with barbecue and a private pool and the house is built over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room from which patio doors lead on to a covered terrace and the terrace and pool area. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom on ground level. Upstairs on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double with large south facing balcony and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage bath and 1 twin with a further bathroom.

Satelite TV (limited channels), DVD, CD player, washing machine and microwave oven and fans complete the extensive list of installations. Private swimming pool (7m x 3.5m shallow end 1m).
