This modern south-facing 2-bedroomed apartment is situated on the front line of Burriana Beach with its water sports and restaurants, and enjoys spectacular views of the sea and mountains from its large furnished balcony. Patio table and chairs and sunloungers with cushions are provided, and a large wind-out sunblind provides shade in the heat of the day.
The owners will supply a 'welcome' pack and be on hand in case you should need any assistance during your stay.
Nerja is a typically Spanish town on the Costa del Sol, catering mostly for families and the more mature holidaymaker. The focal point is the Balcon de Europa from which there are panoramic views along the coastline to both the east and west. Popular local attractions include the NerjaCaves, the whitewashed mountain village of Frigiliana, and the fishing village of Maro. The beautiful AlhambraPalace in Granada is only an hour's drive away and the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada close enough for a day trip.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom features a double bed, and has glorious sea views from patio doors leading onto the large south-facing balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, and equally beautiful sea views from the window looking out across the balcony. There are bedside tables, lamps, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over and a sliding 3-section screen. There is a toilet and hand basin as well as a washing machine, and an electric extractor fan is activated when the main light is turned on. There is also a separate WC with toilet, hand basin, and extractor fan.
Dining room
The dining area forms part of the main living room, where there is a pine table with four matching chairs.
Living room
The living room has a ceiling fan, two 2-seater settees and a coffee table. There is English satellite TV and a DVD player, and patio doors leading onto a large furnished balcony with magnificent views of the sea and mountains.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. It is separated from the living room by a waist-high work surface with cupboards beneath.
General
Ceiling fans are fitted in both bedrooms and the living room. There is a heater for use in the winter months and a lift to bring you up to the apartment from the main entrance or garage. A kettle, toaster, hairdrier, iron with ironing board and drying frame are all provided.
Parking
There is parking in a private basement garage, which is accessible directly from the apartment using the lift or stairs.
Entertainment
There is English free-to-view satellite television, a DVD player and a portable CD player / radio.
Local activities
Popular local activities include walking, diving, golfing, mountain biking and swimming. However this is also the ideal place to relax, unwind and watch the world go by.
Rental information
Rental is from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
