'Deansbrook' - Forest of Dean Holiday Home - sleeps 6
Deansbrook is a comfortable and well equipped house in the village of Ruardean. Close to the Offa's Dyke path and the Forest of Dean, it is ideally located for walking, canoeing, fishing, golf and visiting local attractions.The peaceful village affords spectacular views of the Wye Valley and Welsh Mountains and allows easy access to the varied and beautiful walks in the Forest together with the many visitor attractions, such as Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves and the Peregrine Falcons at Symonds Yat. It has a Post Office, grocers, butchers, and 2 pubs all within a short stroll.
Deansbrook is warm and welcoming, with central heating throughout and is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. Access to beautiful wooded walks or just strolling across open fields is available from the front doorstep.
With sleeping for 6 people it consists of a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The sitting/dining room has a Television (satellite freeview), DVD, video and music system and french doors to the garden. There is a varied library of books, videos and DVDs. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with wc and basin.
The three comfortable bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom and a bunk room with full size bunk beds. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available for the younger family members.
The fitted bathroom has a shower over the bath, radiator and a shaver point.
From the sitting room, double french doors open onto an enclosed private decked garden with table and chairs. A garage is accessed from the garden with a tumble drier, table tennis table, darts and many children's games. Cycles may also be stored here.
There are two off road private parking spaces behind the house.
All heating, electricity, bed linen, towels etc. are included.
Open throughout the year, weekly lets commence Friday at 3:00 pm and end at 10:00 am the following Friday unless otherwise agreed. Shorter breaks available by arrangement. A welcome pack is provided.
Dogs are welcome at an extra charge
