LOCATION
The apartment is in Villamartin on the Costa Blanca.
There is easy access to the N332 coast road and motorways. Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive to the north and Murcia airport is 20 minutes drive to the south.
Many guests prefer to hire a car at the airport, but we always recommend that you allow us to arrange a taxi to take you to the apartment, then hire a car from a recommended company which delivers the car to the apartment. Guests wishing to hire a car at the airport will be given detailed directions to the apartment. For golfers with golf bags amongst their luggage, a people carrier or similar can be provided. Please ask for your preference when booking.

- Adjacent to 3 golf courses. Villamartin course can be seen from terrace. Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses a buggy ride from the Villamartin course. Many others within 20 minutes drive.
- 10 minutes walk to the Villamartin Plaza, with superb varied restaurants, bars, supermarket, banks and pharmacy.
- Lovely beaches close by. The La Zenia beach is only 10 minutes drive.
- Bed sofa in the living room allows sleep for up to 6 people.
- The main bedroom has a security safe in the inset wardrobe, affording safekeeping of passports and valuables.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and juicer.
- Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer. With the beautiful weather washing is dry in no time!!
- An iron and hairdryer are also available, as are 2 portable heaters for early or late in the year when the evenings may be chilly.
- The 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of drawer space, bedside tables and lamps, with ceiling fans. All necessary bedding is provided, including blankets if required.

- Nearby the more athletic visitors can enjoy horse riding, bicycle riding and lawn bowls at the club which is 5 minutes walk.
