A recently completed luxury three bedroom villa in Ladera del Mar, Nerja on the Costa del Sol approximately 45 minutes from Malaga Airport (or can now be accessed from Granada Airport). The house is set into the hillside with southerly views over looking the garden and the Mediterranean Sea.

This villa has its own pool, large terrace and also the use of the communal pool and gardens, plus there is a secluded beach within 200 meters. The accommodation has modern clean finishes and comes with all marble floors, full climate control air conditioning in the three bedrooms and the upstairs lounge, with cool air for the summer months and heating for the winter. Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms 2 double Bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. The Master Bedroom comes with en-suite bathroom, double bed, two side tables with lamps, dresser and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed, two side tables and large built-in wardrobes. Bedroom three has two single beds side table with lamp and built-in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with ensuite and a separate WC. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower and toilet. An upstairs toilet with wash hand basin is situated next to the kitchen area.

The Kitchen is adjacent to the hall and comes complete with hob, oven and grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils and everything you would require to cook at home. The Laundry room is fitted with a modern washing machine with drying facilities on the clothesline on the terrace. This room also has a small fridge freezer to keep the beer cold while you sun yourself by the pool. The living Room is situated off the hall and comprises of a comfortable sitting area with leather suite, flat screen TV with DVD and Sky (for all the free to air programs from home). The dining area has an expanding table with seating for six people. There are double glass doors leading out onto the upper terrace, which gives the lounge a bright southerly view of the Mediterranean. The terrace is ideal for eating outside or having a leisurely drink under the stars. At the bottom of the staircase the rear door leads to the pool terrace. The terrace has a table with parasol and chairs and two sun beds for private sunbathing by the pool. The pool is shallow enough for children and deep enough for adults to have a good exhilarating swim. Also included is a BBQ for your holiday treats. The communal swimming pool and gardens are available to all residents and their guests to enjoy the sun and for relaxing. Sun beds are supplied for your use.

Location Information
Nerja is a popular resort, readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. Nestling in the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow, vehicle restricted, cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker.

Local Excursions
The Nerja Caves, one of Spain's biggest tourist attractions, are well worth a visit. A extensive network of fascinating underground caverns with the World's biggest stalactites, plus an auditorium and stage where the annual music and arts festival takes place. Nearby is Maro, a picturesque village with panoramic views across the sea and a small, secluded beach invisible from the cliff top. The mountains shelter many small attractive villages, notably Frigiliana with its restored Roman town and narrow vehicle-free cobbled streets. Further afield is the historic city of Grenada with its famous Alhambra Palace (pre-booking advised). Malaga and beyond to Puerto Banus also provide a great day out, as do visits to Mijas, Antequara and the El Torcal National Park.
