Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally located private complex very close to the Torrecilla beach. This building enjoys one large communal pool all year round and gardens. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town of Nerja with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike, and many cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and shops.

Local activities include swimming, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, water skiing and fishing.

This is in part due to the surrounding Almijara mountains with its pine-clad slopes which shelter the resort and provide stunning views and ideal countryside for walkers. Nerja boasts many small coves reached by walking the Paseo de los Carabineros from Burriana to the Balcón.
The nearest eighteen hole golf course is Baviera Golf, situated in La Caleta (Vélez- Málaga) only 15 km. from Nerja and Añoreta Golf Club which is 30 km. away in Rincón de la Victoria near Málaga city.
Málaga airport to Nerja by car takes approx. 45 mins (50km. from Málaga). Taxis are easily available at the airport or you can take a bus from Málaga. There is an excellent bus service between Nerja and all major towns and villages. A trip to some of the nearby villages (Frigiliana, Cómpeta, Algarrobo) which form part of the Wine Route is a must. These attractive villages retain a clearly Moorish air. Granada is under 2 hours drive by car to the East and another 2 hours drive to Córdoba and Seville to the West.
