I am looking to rent a 2bed house or a s/c flat /studio ,anything suitable for myself and son.I am a mature female and my son is 24,we are both very quiet /clean and non smokers.I also have a cat who is very old/clean/quiet.I am looking for a landlord who would accept housing benefit ,we are living in birmingham at present but want to return to london asap.we will consider any offers and areas as long as it is suitable as we dont want to share with anyone it must be self contained ,can anyone help
