I am a non-smoking multiskilled maintenance technician / engineer who is quite handy doing other jobs. I am quite independent, clean, sober, quiet, healthy and semi-retired at 60 and would like a room and to share other parts of your place. I can look after myself, do my own housework, sort out my own meals so I am no burden whatsoever.
Ideally you would like to have up to £75 cash each week for your spare room after this June 2008 and / or have some jobs done.
