We are looking for something really nice, calm, quiet and clean where we can be happy to live and relax after work, so nobody will disturb us.
We are calm, reliable people, professionals, self-employed, we lived in Wanstead before and like this area the most.
We keep everything in good condition & save electricity. We don't make parties, don't smoke, don't have pets.
And we can help with some repair when you need it, my husband can even install shower cabin, lay the floor, do welding and do all drilling and other DIY job and even car repair if you need some help.
We also can look after your house/ flat or look after your pets if you are away or if you live outside London.
We ask for ALL INCLISIVE RENT. So please say your price INCLUDING all bills & tax. We also need broadband.
Washing machine is necessary.
Flat can be fully furnished or partly furnished as we have some our own chests, dining table, mirrors.

We would like to move in July. We can come to see your property in the evening after work or during the weekends.
