2 BED FLAT/HOUSE WANTED. MUST ACCEPT DSS

Hello, i currently live in buckinghamshire but desperately need to move back to south east london in order to help my mum who is suffering from angina. im looking for areas such as Eltham, Mottingham, Lewisham, Bromley, Chislehurst or Grove Park.

im a mature and clean 21 year old with a son who is almost 4 years old, who is also clean and respectable. i can produce a reference from my current landlord to whom i have been a tenant to for over a year, plus i will also be able to provide the required one months deposit and one months rent in advance.

i am currently on DHSS due to being a single mother and studying at university, therefore i would need a landlord who is willing to accept housing benefit.
